Hotel La Villa Cannes, Cannes

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The Romantic rooms at the far end of the main street were cozy and had a private terrace with a direct access to the swimming pool. The breakfast, though extra, was ample, and the room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The screens around the bath, however, didn't prevent water from wetting the floor during showers.

The hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a small but beautiful garden by the lovely pool, just minutes away from the Croisette. While the room felt a bit cramped like a cupboard, the exceptional service exceeded our expectations with professional, polite, and delightful staff. The location is a great mix of quiet street charm close to the promenade, and the dining experience, although with limited options, offered homemade delights. Overall, a charming stay with a few minor quirks.

The hotel's prime spot close to La Croisette makes it ideal for exploring Cannes. The dining experience is enjoyable, particularly by the swimming pool, but can be a tad expensive. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.
